- SUNY has made Adobe Creative Cloud All-Apps Pro Edition available to you at a significantly discounted price. You are able to purchase Adobe All-Apps Pro Edition for $75 +tax.
- If you are already using your SUNY email for an Adobe All-Apps Pro Edition subscription, you should wait for that subscription to expire before purchasing from the SUNY Adobe Storefront.
- Prior to expiration of an existing subscription (Creative Cloud, All-Apps, etc.) you should download all collateral as it will not automatically transfer to your new subscription purchased from the SUNY Adobe Storefront.
- If a student at a campus already has an Adobe All-Apps Pro Edition account (Creative Cloud), and they buy from the SUNY Adobe Storefront using the same email they used previously, they still have access to all their previous content / work.
- If a student has an Adobe account associated with a non-campus email address, and would like to move that content to the new SUNY Adobe Storefront subscription account, they can move their assets by following information here https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/JrS2ihlb7Mn4C.
- Adobe CC licenses purchased from the Student Storefront are good for twelve months or “expiration” of their SUNY email / federated account, whichever occurs first.
- Students should be sure to download their SUNY account content prior to the expiration as defined above.
- If you have setup auto renew on an existing Adobe.com subscription, and you participate in the SUNY Storefront, you will need to disable auto renew for your Creative Cloud or All-Apps Pro Edition.
- You can disable your auto renew by going to account.adobe.com and login, there is a tab for plans and payment. You should be able to change from auto-renewal there.
