Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to students, faculty & staff associated with participating SUNY Adobe ETLA campuses, who have a SUNY federated email address.
SUNY has entered into an enterprise agreement with Adobe to purchase software subscription licenses. The SUNY contract renews annually and ends 6/24/27.
Individuals are purchasing one year of access under this agreement.
Access ends when a user is no long affiliated with a SUNY school.

Where can this be installed

You can install Creative Cloud apps on up to two computers. If you want to install it on a third computer, you need to deactivate it on one of your previous machines. Learn more about activating and deactivating Creative Cloud apps. Mobile apps are not included in this number.

Do I need an Adobe Account

No. Once you are assigned a license, you will simply login using your school provided email and login credentials. You may not use a personal address.

Can more than one person access this license?

No. This license cannot be shared, nor can there be a generic ‘service’ account assigned to this license.

Who will perform the installation of this software?

End users can easily install this software. After enrollment has been completed you will receive an email directly from Adobe granting access to the software. Software will be available in the Creative Cloud Desktop app for quick access or you can login from adobe.com to download the software titles you need.
